Early check-In or Late-Check out is subjected to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the reservation team.
A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 07:00 to 12:00 hours and late check-out from 12:00 to 18:00 hours. Room not occupied by 23:00 hours will be seen as No Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
Reservation made through payment gateway are non-refundable, Reservation is allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 72 hours prior to the arrival date and no cancellation fees. Please contact our Central Reservation to discuss further? We accept guarantee by Credit Card / Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer / Cash Deposit.
Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by fax or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (48 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a charge of 1 night’s stay to be imposed. The hotel may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings. In the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control, need to reject or change a confirmed reservations it will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances however if no alternative is provided to the Client, the hotel will return any deposit made and considered it cancelled. This is the limit of the hotel's liability. Hotels does not guarantee acknowledgement of reservations or transactions made on this site arising from unforeseen circumstances, omissions or errors that may sometimes occur.
Guests are requested to settle their bills directly while checking out. We are not in a position to accept personal cheque and a signing facility is extended only to those corporate accounts that have a credit facility with the respective hotel.
